Job summary

H&S Logiq is seeking an Accounts & HR Manager to oversee the organization’s financial and human resources functions. This role requires at least five years of experience and leadership of a five-person team to ensure accurate accounting, payroll and HR processes.

You will leverage QuickBooks Online, advanced Excel and HRIS/ERP systems to produce financial reports, forecast cash flow, manage compliance, and support strategic decision-making for the company.

Responsibilities

• Customize reports and optimize processes within QuickBooks Online and ERP financial systems.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, and profitability reports.
• Supervise a team in accounting and human resources functions, providing guidance and training.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and maintain employee records using HRIS.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely invoice processing and approval workflows.
• Handle bank reconciliation, cash application, and automated transaction matching to ensure accurate financial records.
