Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment from posting to onboarding.
• Screen, interview, and coordinate candidate assessments.
• Develop initiatives to enhance employee morale and engagement.
• Measure satisfaction via surveys and feedback for insights.
• Organize engagement activities and internal communications.
• Handle employee grievances and coordinate resolution.
• Support optimization of HR processes related to recruitment, engagement, and grievances.
• Assist in policy development and awareness campaigns.
