Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead AI, Copilot, and Digital HR Enablement initiatives and help design AI-enabled HR solutions and Copilot use cases across HR operations and employee experiences.

The role focuses on translating emerging AI tech into practical HR value, developing adoption roadmaps, demos, and training materials, and collaborating with HR and technology stakeholders. EY emphasizes flexible environments and global exposure.

Experience in HR transformation and digital HR initiatives.
Ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled HR solutions.
Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and design AI, automation, and Copilot use cases across HR operations, recruiting, onboarding, learning, and knowledge management.
Support clients in defining HR AI strategy, adoption roadmap, governance, and responsible AI considerations.
Develop Copilot and Microsoft 365-enabled HR productivity scenarios, including drafting, summarization, knowledge retrieval, and communication content.
Support employee experience and digital workplace initiatives using Microsoft 365, Viva, Copilot, and Power Platform.
Define requirements for employee self-service, HR chatbots, knowledge bases, and process automation.
Create demos, prototypes, playbooks, training materials, and adoption guides.
Support client proposals and internal HRT capability development around AI in HR and digital enablement.
