Job summary

Copilot Innovations – Design & Product Team is seeking an AI-forward UX Designer to redefine design processes using artificial intelligence. You will use generative AI to accelerate prototyping, user research, and asset production.

You will manage multiple client projects applying product and design thinking to create digital experiences, blending creative vision with AI-driven efficiency and collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in design—prototyping, research, and iteration.
• Expert-level Figma proficiency, including AI-powered plugins.
• Strong design thinking, product thinking, and human-centered design methods.
• Experience in consultancy/agency with multi-client environments.
• Ability to convert user research into actionable design decisions.
• Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
• Growth mindset and enthusiasm for testing new AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design for client apps, from discovery to handoff.
• Use AI-powered design tools to generate wireframes, UI mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct and synthesize user research using AI-assisted methods.
• Apply design and product thinking to map journeys and validate solutions.
• Create and maintain design systems, components, and UI patterns.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Champion AI-first design workflows and explore new AI tools.
• Present design concepts and rationales to clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to evolving Copilot Innovations’ design processes.
