Chiniot Mother & Child Hospital in Karachi is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee daily administrative operations, facility management, and core human resource functions while ensuring smooth workplace coordination.

You will lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance reviews, and HR policy enforcement; oversee office operations, security, vendor management; maintain records and compliance; monitor expenses and address staff grievances.

Formación

• Master's degree in HR, MBA/BBA or related field.
• 5–7 years of HR and admin operations experience.
• Working knowledge of local labor laws and compliance standards.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, facility supervision and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS familiarity.
