Job summary

Global Shisha Tobacco is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the Islamabad desk, set market targets, and coach a growing team in export sales. You will review quotations for accuracy and drive fast, reliable responses to overseas buyers.

The role requires fluent English, strong negotiation skills, and on-site work in Islamabad. Training and advancement opportunities accompany a dynamic, export-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team to targets, ideally in export, wholesale or B2B.
• Fluent English and the confidence to step into a negotiation with an overseas buyer.
• The ability to read a pipeline and tell real deals from polite interest.
• A practical coaching style built on reviewing real conversations.
• On site in E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM; working days confirmed at interview.

Responsibilities

• Set targets by market and review results with the team every week.
• Read every quotation before it is sent and check specification, quantity, shipping term and destination notes.
• Review the CRM daily for slow replies and quotations with no follow-up.
• Coach executives on WhatsApp and email selling, price objections and closing.
• Interview and train new sales staff and report results to the head office.
