Job summary

PeakFleet is seeking a Hotel Sales Manager to drive sales and revenue for our Khanpur hotel. You will aim to increase occupancy and build strong client relationships to secure repeat business.

You will collaborate with management to implement effective sales strategies and work with marketing, operations and other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role requires flexibility, English fluency, and a track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years in hotel sales or similar role in hospitality.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to attract new business and maintain existing client relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and create marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including corporate accounts, travel agencies and event planners.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to maximize revenue for the hotel.
• Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Attend industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to promote the hotel's offerings.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

As a Hotel Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Khanpur Your main goal will be to increase occupancy rates and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business You will work closely with the hotel management team to create and implement effective sales strategies as well as collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional customer service

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques market trends and customer relationship management
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Fluency in English additional languages are a plus

Salary The salary for this position is 1400$ per month Accommodation will also be provided by the company
