Job summary

Create Neon®️ is hiring a High-Ticket Sales Closer for the UK market. This fully remote role, based in Lahore, focuses on turning warm inbound inquiries into closed deals during UK business hours (Mon–Sat).

You will own the sales process end to end: manage HubSpot CRM, coordinate supplier quotes for custom orders, and relentlessly follow up to hit monthly revenue targets. Fluent English and strong objection handling are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a dedicated closing role on high-ticket products or services.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal communication.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Handle warm inbound leads by phone, chat and email during UK business hours
• Coordinate supplier quotes as part of the active sales process
• Keep HubSpot CRM clean and fully updated after every interaction
• Meet and exceed monthly closed-revenue targets
• Spot and flag recurring objections or patterns in lost deals so conversion keeps improving
