Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PEC registered is a must).
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in construction/project execution.
• Proven experience delivering high-rise residential, hotel, and mixed-use projects.
• Strong understanding of structural, architectural, MEP, finishing, and facade-related activities.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, quality control, HSE, cost management, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of high-rise construction projects from mobilization through completion.
• Translate objectives into actionable execution plans and align cross-functional teams.
• Develop and monitor detailed execution plans, milestones, and look-ahead schedules.
• Provide regular updates to the Director on progress, risks, and resources.
• Coordinate Construction Managers, Site Engineers, and contractors for on-site delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee safety, quality, budget control, and procurement alignment.
