Job summary

Zameen is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead delivery of complex builds in Multan, coordinating with Head Office and site teams to meet the approved schedule and quality standards.

The role requires 7–12 years of experience in grey, MEP and finishing for high-rise, malls, and 5-star hotels; PEC registration, strong communication, and proven leadership to drive cost control and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 7–12 years of construction experience including grey, MEP and finishing for high-rise buildings, malls and hotels.
• PEC registration is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of construction projects in compliance with the approved construction schedule.
• Creating action plans for contractors and monitoring cost control.
• Executing work per drawings, specifications, appendices, with health and safety perimeters.
• Overseeing hurdles, risks and obstacles that may halt progress.
• Facilitating contractor communications, clarifying RFIs, and achieving milestones including monthly billing requisites.
• Timely demand, acquisition and delivery of materials from the Employer, and site management.
• Ensuring quality of work, adequate manpower, and proper material utilization.
• Monitoring and timely updates on work progress to management.
• Managing coordination between Head Office and Site.
