Job summary

Zameen is seeking a PM Execution Lead to drive high-rise construction projects from mobilization to handover at sites in Lahore. You will lead Construction Managers, Site Engineers, and contractors, translating objectives into actionable execution plans and ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, deep technical understanding, and hands-on execution experience across residential, hotel, and mixed-use developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PEC Registered is a must).
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in construction/project execution, preferably with major high-rise developments.
• Proven experience in delivering high-rise residential, hotel, and mixed-use projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, MEP, finishing, and facade-related construction activities.
• Strong understanding of construction planning, scheduling, quality control, HSE, cost management, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of high-rise construction projects from mobilization through completion.
• Coordinate Construction Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor detailed execution plans, construction sequences, milestones, and look-ahead schedules.
• Provide the Director with regular updates on project progress, milestones, risks, and resource requirements.
• Provide strong direction to project and site teams, ensuring proper planning and coordination on site.
• Monitor progress against schedules, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee contractors and ensure compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Design, Architecture, Structural, MEP, BIM, and other teams to resolve design-related issues.
