Job summary

Zameen is seeking a Senior Manager Planning in Lahore to lead planning and scheduling for high-rise construction projects, coordinating with PM, Construction, Design, Procurement, and Finance to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 8–12 years of experience in construction planning, strong Primavera P6 proficiency, and mentoring ability. Applicants should understand budget and cash-flow implications for large developments.

Qualifications

• BSc/BE in Civil Engineering is required.
• 8–12 years of relevant construction planning experience.
• Hands-on proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling.
• Experience in planning large residential, hotel, or mixed-use developments.
• Understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, delay analysis, and schedule control.
• Experience in mentoring planning teams and budgeting/cash-flow planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling across projects to meet objectives and contractual requirements.
• Develop and maintain master schedules, baselines, milestones, and execution strategies using Primavera P6.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective and recovery actions.
• Guide Planning Engineers and planning resources to ensure quality and timely outputs.
• Oversee weekly/monthly look-ahead plans and ensure focus on milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Procurement, Construction and Finance to align schedules with budgets and cash flow.
• Provide updates to Directors on performance, delays, risks, and forecasts.
