Kodestra is seeking a high-energy Online Sales Closer to join its on-site team in Rawalpindi. This full-time inside-sales role focuses on converting incoming warm leads through remote conversations and online pitch meetings.

The position is office-based; no outdoor fieldwork is required. You will guide prospective customers through the decision process, clearly present relevant offerings, address concerns, and close suitable opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to close sales over phone or online meetings with warm or inbound leads.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Strong qualification, discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to guide prospects toward informed purchasing decisions without high-pressure tactics.
• Familiarity with sales pipelines and lead-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm leads promptly and qualify prospects.
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations and closing conversations via Zoom or Google Meet.
• Explain product value, address questions, handle objections, and propose next steps.
• Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Record outcomes and customer details accurately in CRM systems.
• Coordinate handoffs with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Work toward sales targets while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
