Job Description

The Healthcare Systems Implementation Lead at Buch International Hospital is responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation, configuration, adoption, and continuous improvement of the Hospital Information System (HIS) and related healthcare applications across clinical, administrative, and financial departments. The role involves analyzing hospital workflows, translating operational requirements into system solutions, coordinating with product teams and system analysts, managing implementation plans and go-live activities, overseeing issue resolution and quality assurance, delivering end-user training and change management, and supervising a small team of implementation and application support professionals. Acting as the primary functional liaison between hospital departments and technical teams, the lead ensures healthcare systems are aligned with patient safety, operational efficiency, and the hospital's digital transformation goals while maintaining strong stakeholder communication, documentation, and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, Health Informatics or a related field. Candidates with Master's degree will be preferred.

Additional Information

Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant hands-on experience in healthcare system implementation, HIS/EMR deployment, software configuration, system integration, and end-to-end implementation of healthcare applications.
