Job summary

Newton Health is seeking a Growth & Operations Lead to drive healthcare SaaS growth, client acquisition, and discovery conversations. You will shape market development, product messaging, and onboarding processes while collaborating with leadership.

You will move between growth, marketing, discovery calls, customer success, and product feedback in a fast-paced, early-stage SaaS environment, building scalable workflows and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in SaaS, growth, startup operations, or related fields.
• Experience contributing ideas and strategies to attract, engage, and convert customers.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-management skills.
• Confidence conducting discovery calls, product conversations, and sales conversations.
• Ability to translate product features into meaningful customer benefits and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• SaaS Growth & Client Acquisition: develop strategies to generate opportunities among physicians, practice owners, and healthcare decision-makers.
• Identify and test acquisition channels (outbound, referrals, partnerships, organic marketing) for repeatable growth.
• Discovery Calls & Client Conversion: conduct product conversations, understand needs, and communicate value.
• Address questions/objections, follow up with prospects, and move opportunities toward conversion.
• Product Marketing & Market Development: strengthen positioning, messaging, use cases, and sales materials.
• Research competitors, healthcare trends, SEO opportunities, and marketing channels.
• Customer Success & Product Operations: support onboarding, coordinate questions, and capture feedback for improvements.
• Monitor feedback, manage escalations, and improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Founder & Leadership Partnership: provide updates, translate ideas into execution, and suggest improvements.
• Process Building & Operational Excellence: build repeatable processes, SOPs, tools, and KPI tracking.
• AI & Technology Integration: use AI for research, documentation, and workflow improvements.
