CodeCure AI, a growing medical billing and healthcare support company in Islamabad, is seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Virtual Assistant to support front desk operations, insurance verification, patient communication, appointment scheduling, and other administrative healthcare tasks on-site.

The role requires 1-2 years of Healthcare VA experience, knowledge of PPO, Commercial, Medicaid & Medicare insurance, and proficiency with EHR/EMR systems and billing portals.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant.
• Knowledge of PPO, Commercial, Medicaid & Medicare insurance
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems and billing portals
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience with TherapyNotes is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with patients.
• Handle patient billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Support providers with administrative and billing-related tasks
• Ensure HIPAA compliance
