Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a Healthcare VA role, knowledge of PPO/Medicare Medicaid, strong English communication, and familiarity with EHR/EMR systems; Therapy Notes experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant.
• Knowledge of PPO, Commercial, Medicaid & Medicare insurance.
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems and billing portals.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with Therapy Notes is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
