Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide end-to-end HR partnering for our Pakistan Retail Organization. You will collaborate with Retail Leadership and Store Managers on talent, performance, engagement, and workforce planning to drive business success.

The role emphasizes employee relations, DEI initiatives, and strong operational HR support, including HR policies, data insights, and integrity across HR systems. This is a full-time on-site position in Lahore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in management sciences, 5–6 years HR experience.
• Experience in HR Business Partnering in Retail/consumer sectors.
• Experience with Workday, SAP or similar HRIS/ATS.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws in Pakistan.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Retail Leadership to translate business needs into people solutions.
• Lead employee engagement, culture initiatives, and DEI improvements in retail.
• Support performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights across Retail locations.
• Ensure HR processes and policies comply with laws.
