Job summary

MYZESTY is seeking a senior, hands-on Head of Growth Marketing & Sales in Lahore to own the full growth funnel. You will lead a 4–5 person team, establish KPIs, and scale the organization while partnering with CRM/product teams on lifecycle campaigns.

You will drive performance across paid channels, app-store optimization, and monetization efforts, building dashboards for executives and guiding data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in growth, performance, digital or mobile marketing.
• 3+ years of people-management experience.
• Proven experience leading mobile-app growth.
• Hands-on experience with paid mobile user acquisition.
• Strong understanding of ASO and app-store growth.
• Hands-on experience with Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust or another MMP.
• Strong understanding of CPI, CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPA, conversion and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own paid user acquisition across Google UAC/App Campaigns, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads and other channels.
• Manage and optimize acquisition budgets and KPIs.
• Analyze campaigns by channel, audience and geography to scale profitable growth.
• Own app store growth, ASO strategy and creative testing.
• Build dashboards and reporting for executive leadership.
• Drive subscription and in-app revenue growth while optimizing paywalls.
