Job Role

Head of Growth to lead Marketing and Sales teams.

Seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. The ideal candidate should have experience setting up teams to establish sales channels, implementing CRM and lead generation campaigns. This role is responsible for the entire sales cycle from establishing a customer contact to signing a deal.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
• Conduct meetings with potential clients via video calls
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

• Build reports to present to company's Leadership

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Growth Head, Business Development Manager, Sales Account Executive or similar roles in Software industry
• Total experience of 3-7 years
• Hands‑on experience with multiple sales techniques (eg: inbound, outbound)
• Track record of achieving sales target
• Experience with CRM software
• Fluency in MS Office or similar tools
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations
