Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in facilities and accounts receivable/collections.
• Strong negotiation and vendor/payment terms experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and security of the Lahore office.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to control costs.
• Ensure health, safety, and fire compliance across premises.
• Monitor facility budgets and track expenses vs allocations.
• Manage utility bills, leases, and renewals with tenants.
• Track and follow up on outstanding payments from clients/partners.
• Prepare aging reports and share updates with finance leadership on collection status.
• Coordinate with sales and finance teams to resolve billing disputes.
