Job summary

Qualifications

• CA/ ACCA/ ICMA or degree in Accounts from a reputed university.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers for balance validation of outstanding receivables.
• Reconcile customer ledgers with company records.
• Classify and outline discrepancies causing balance differences.
• Follow up on long outstanding receivables and assist sales for recovery.
• Produce reconciliation reports and present results to senior management.
• Monitor credit limits and ensure compliance with the credit policy.
• Assess supporting paperwork for receivables.
• Support aging analysis and suggest provisions when needed.
• Assist internal audit in evaluating credit control and receivables.
