Job summary

easypaisa is Pakistan’s first digital bank and is seeking a senior B2B sales leader to acquire enterprise merchants and scale onboarding within the acquiring ecosystem. You will focus on QR/POS/online payments, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue through optimized pricing and lifecycle management.

Lead multi-city teams, align with Product, Risk and Compliance, and ensure seamless onboarding and post-go-live performance while meeting KYC and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Finance; MBA preferred.
• 6–8 years in B2B or corporate sales with leadership experience.
• Proven track record in scaling merchant networks and closing enterprise deals.
• Experience with POS/QR/online payment integrations and merchant financing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire large enterprise, mid-market, and SME merchants.
• Build and manage a robust B2B sales pipeline via outbound and inbound leads.
• Structure commercial models including MDRs, settlement cycles, and pricing.
• Sell the full acquiring suite: QR, Soft POS, online payments, and more.
• Collaborate with Product/Tech to support custom integrations and onboarding.
