Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant.

• Excellent knowledge of cuisines, cooking techniques, and presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Urdu language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and control food costs.
