We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Multan Pakistan As the Head Chef you will oversee all aspects of our kitchen operations and be responsible for creating delicious and innovative dishes that meet our customers expectations

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and direct food preparation activities ensuring quality and consistency of all dishes
• Design menus and develop new recipes based on seasonal ingredients
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure proper techniques and standards are followed
• Manage kitchen budget and control costs while maintaining high-quality standards
• Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Proficient in creating diverse cuisine styles with a focus on Pakistani cuisine
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of food cost control menu planning and inventory management techniques
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
