Head Chef

We are seeking a skilled and creative Head Chef to join our team in Multan. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, from menu planning and ingredient sourcing to food preparation and presentation. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers receive high-quality meals that meet their expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and plan menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and seasonal availability of ingredients
• Source high-quality ingredients from local suppliers
• Oversee food preparation by team members, ensuring proper techniques and recipes are followed
• Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
• Create schedules for kitchen staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
• Manage inventory levels and control food costs by minimizing waste
• Collaborate with management to develop new dishes or specials that align with customer preferences and trends
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen area

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
