Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
• Proven leadership in a high-volume kitchen and team management.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Ability to create menu items catering to dietary restrictions.
• Commitment to food safety regulations and cost-conscious menu planning.
• Fluent in English preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
