Job summary

KnowlegeBridge is hiring a Temporary Concierge in Lahore, Pakistan to deliver exceptional guest service and support during the stay. You will greet guests, assist with check-in, provide local information, and coordinate reservations and activities.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication, is organized, calm under pressure, and able to work with hotel staff to ensure smooth operations. A visa/work permit for Pakistan is required for employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality or customer service preferred).
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written; other languages a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations.
• Must have visa/work permit for employment in Pakistan.
