You should be fluent in English, with knowledge of Lahore's attractions, dining options, and transport. Visa/work permit is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests on arrival with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
• Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
• Make reservations for restaurants, shows, or events.
• Maintain the lobby's cleanliness and appearance.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Stay updated on hotel services, promotions, and policies to assist guests effectively.
