Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or front desk.
• Excellent English communication; multilingual a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Provide information about local attractions, restaurants and events.
• Make reservations, bookings and arrangements for guests as requested.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities and policies.
• Assist with check-ins/check-outs, room assignments and luggage handling.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback and surveys.
