Job summary

Kamayi is seeking a Senior Manager - Commercial & Strategy to lead the growth strategy and commercial operations across Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. You will shape strategy, close enterprise deals, and drive business expansion alongside the Founder and leadership team.

You will own Pakistan's commercial performance, lead enterprise sales, and develop partnerships and JV opportunities with landlords, developers, and investors. Strong financial acumen and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience developing business cases and financial models.
• Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and driving business growth.
• Experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, or expansion projects is highly desirable.
• Experience in strategy, consulting, or commercial leadership within high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term growth strategy across Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
• Own the commercial performance and drive revenue and occupancy targets in Pakistan.
• Identify, evaluate and lead JV opportunities and partnerships across key markets.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, government entities, and investors.
• Prepare executive dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and progress.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing (MBA preferred)
