Cordatus Resource Group is seeking a technically strong outbound automation engineer who can design, pitch, and build custom systems for diverse clients. You will blend consulting with engineering to create and ship multichannel outreach, enrichment, and automation workflows.

You’ll own client discovery, propose campaigns, implement in Clay and n8n, manage deliverability, and collaborate with clients to accelerate pipeline growth. This role demands strong writing and compliance discipline.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years building outbound automation with advanced Clay features and AI columns.
• Hands-on multichannel outbound experience in LGM or comparable tools.
• Hands-on n8n experience: building multi-step workflows with webhooks & APIs.
• Working knowledge of cold email deliverability and best practices.
• Experience with major CRM platforms and client-facing engagements.
• Strong writing skills for outreach copy and client-facing docs.
• Sound judgment on outreach compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, opt-out handling).
• Ability to design, pitch, and ship automated outreach solutions for clients.

Aufgaben

• Run discovery with clients to define ICP, offers, and sales motions.
• Propose outreach strategies and explain impact in business terms.
• Build enrichment, scoring, and personalization workflows in Clay.
• Create multichannel sequences in La Growth Machine (email & LinkedIn).
• Connect stacks in n8n and Make.com, integrating CRMs via webhooks/APIs
• Own deliverability: domain setup, warmup, sending limits, monitoring.
• Track results, diagnose issues, and iterate quickly.
• Turn builds into reusable templates and workflows for faster launches.
• Manage 3-5 client accounts with clear timelines and proactive updates.
