Job summary

Tknack Company is seeking a detail-oriented automation specialist to build and maintain automations behind client work, lead follow-up, reporting, and internal workflows. This role focuses on connecting tools like Meta Ads, CRMs, and Google Sheets via Zapier, Make, or n8n, and documenting each automation for future maintenance.

You will troubleshoot when flows break, identify manual tasks to automate across client accounts, and explain complex automation concepts to non-technical teammates.

• Connect tools such as Meta Ads, CRMs, and Google Sheets using platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n
• Document each automation so it can be maintained by someone other than its builder
• Troubleshoot automations when a client’s lead flow or reporting breaks
• Identify manual processes across client accounts that could be automated

Requirements

• Experience building working automations, not only training on the tools
• Comfortable with at least one automation platform and basic API concepts
• Able to explain what an automation does to a non-technical team member or client
• Strong attention to detail, since a broken automation affects a client directly
