Job summary

9D Technologies is seeking a growth-focused Product Manager for mobile games. You will own strategy from soft launch through scale, analyze key metrics, and work with UA, designers, and developers to improve onboarding, progression, and monetization.

The role requires 3+ years in mobile gaming or related fields, strong analytical skills, and experience with A/B testing. Competitive pay, health benefits, and on-site amenities are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• 3+ years in mobile gaming, growth, product mgmt, UA, monetization or related field.
• Strong understanding of F2P economics and key metrics (retention, LTV, ROAS, CPI).
• Experience with ad-monetized or hybrid mobile games and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy across assigned mobile games from soft launch to scale.
• Analyze CPI, retention, ARPDAU, LTV, ROAS, session metrics and engagement.
• Identify opportunities to improve retention, engagement, monetization, profitability.
• Collaborate with UA, designers, and developers to optimize onboarding and progression.
• Develop and manage A/B testing and experimentation roadmaps.
• Monitor monetization changes and balance short-term revenue with long-term retention.
• Prepare performance reports and present insights to management.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and opportunities.
