Job summary

Game District is seeking a Product Specialist to design features, run LiveOps events, and balance monetisation strategies for mobile entertainment products. You will analyze user data, conduct A/B tests, and model journeys to identify engagement opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Genuine passion for mobile entertainment products and curiosity about how they are built, balanced, and monetised.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, spreadsheets, and mathematical models.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and document new product features, LiveOps events, and progression systems.
  • Set up, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
  • Analyse user behaviour, product data, and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and monetisation.
  • Model and balance user journeys, behaviours, and monetisation funnels using spreadsheets and mathematical simulations.
  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify trends in the mobile entertainment space.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineers, Artists, User Acquisition, and QA teams to ensure features are delivered with quality and clear intent.
  • Review user feedback from community channels, app store reviews, and Discord to identify actionable insights.
  • Contribute ideas to brainstorming sessions and support the development of the product roadmap.

  • Understanding of A/B testing, statistics, or experimentation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and visualisation tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Educational background in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related quantitative field.
  • Familiarity with design and collaboration tools such as Figma and Miro.
