Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and referrals.
• Identify customer training needs and position relevant training solutions accordingly.
• Schedule, coordinate, and conduct meetings with clients and prospects.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
• Maintain and update lead and opportunity pipelines in CRM or tracking systems.
• Support the creation and execution of sales plays and outreach strategies for the BU.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, universities, and industry stakeholders.
• Coordinate internally with marketing and technical teams to support business opportunities.
• Attend events, seminars, and networking sessions to generate new business opportunities.
• Contribute towards achieving business development and revenue targets for the BU.
