Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, email marketing).
• Familiarity with Canva, Google Analytics, Meta/LinkedIn platforms is a plus.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels.
• Support content creation for LinkedIn, website, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends.
• Help manage social media platforms and track engagement metrics.
• Assist in designing basic marketing collateral with guidance.
• Support lead generation and campaign tracking using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with design, sales, and technical teams for campaign execution.
• Maintain marketing calendars and campaign documentation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on reach, engagement, leads.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
