Job summary

Mohsyn is seeking a Senior Manager – Growth, Strategic Partnerships & Public Relations to drive international customer acquisition, build high-impact partnerships, and strengthen Mohsyn's brand across overseas markets. You’ll work with a cross-functional team to identify new markets (North America, UK, Middle East), test channels, and translate brand visibility into customer value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in growth, partnerships, or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of generating leads, acquiring customers, and delivering measurable growth.
• Experience building and managing strategic partnerships, especially digital or channel partnerships.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, growth strategies, and conversion optimization.
• Experience in market-entry, customer acquisition, or business expansion initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen evaluating revenue potential, acquisition costs, and ROI.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to independently develop strategies and execute plans.
• Strong analytical and performance-management capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Mohsyn's growth and customer acquisition strategy across priority international markets.
• Identify, test, and scale lead-generation channels targeting overseas Pakistanis.
• Design and execute integrated acquisition campaigns across digital, referral, community, and partnership channels.
• Build and optimise lead-generation funnels from awareness to onboarding.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Onboarding teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Establish growth targets, monitor performance, and optimize initiatives based on data and outcomes.
• Identify new customer segments, geographic markets, and acquisition opportunities.
