The role requires strategic leadership to understand diverse services, identify target markets and strengthen brand positioning, developing measurable marketing strategies that support business objectives.
Evaluate Group is an Australian business group operating across healthcare, allied health, occupational health, medicolegal services, wellbeing and professional education.
Through its associated businesses, including Evaluate Medicolegal, Evaluate Health, Evaluate Wellbeing and MedEducation Online, the Group provides professional services to individuals, healthcare practitioners, legal professionals, insurers, employers and other relevant stakeholders.
As the organisation continues to develop and expand, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to establish and lead a coordinated marketing function across the entire business.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and leading the overall marketing strategy for Evaluate Group and its associated business units.
The role requires an individual who can understand the organisation's different services, identify their respective target markets, strengthen the Group's brand positioning and develop marketing strategies that support its overall business objectives.
The successful candidate will lead the marketing function, oversee digital and traditional marketing activities, manage the organisation's brand and communications, guide the social media team and ensure that marketing efforts produce measurable results.
This is a strategic and leadership position, not simply a social media or content management role. The candidate is expected to bring marketing direction, commercial awareness, initiative and the ability to independently manage and improve the organisation's marketing function.
Develop and implement an overall marketing strategy for Evaluate Group, with appropriate marketing plans for each business unit. Identify target audiences, market opportunities, competitor positioning and initiatives that strengthen the organisation's presence across its different industries.
Establish and maintain a consistent professional identity for the Group and its associated brands. Ensure that the organisation's services, capabilities and value propositions are communicated clearly and appropriately to their respective markets.
Lead the organisation's digital marketing activities, including websites, SEO, online advertising, email marketing and promotional campaigns. Identify opportunities to improve online visibility, audience engagement and the effectiveness of marketing channels.
Manage and guide the Social Media Specialist and Social Media Assistant, establish priorities, oversee content strategy and ensure that the marketing team delivers consistent, high-quality work aligned with the Group's objectives.
Monitor industry developments, competitor activities and market trends. Identify opportunities to improve brand recognition, promote existing services, introduce appropriate marketing initiatives and strengthen the Group's position in its relevant markets.
Oversee the development of corporate profiles, presentations, promotional materials and professional communications. Coordinate the organisation's participation in relevant conferences, seminars, webinars and industry events to strengthen its professional visibility.
Work closely with senior management, Business Development, Operations, Clinical Governance, HR and other relevant departments to ensure that marketing strategies reflect organisational priorities and accurately represent the services being delivered. Coordinate the referral of marketing-generated enquiries to the Business Development team.
Establish marketing objectives and KPIs, monitor campaign effectiveness, manage approved marketing budgets and provide regular performance reports to senior management. Evaluate results, identify areas requiring improvement and recommend practical actions to strengthen marketing performance.
Ensure that the Group's marketing activities, public communications and promotional materials are professional, accurate and consistent with applicable Australian advertising, healthcare, NDIS, privacy and other relevant requirements.
