Ahya Technologies L.L.C. seeks a Growth Marketing Associate/Lead to drive demand generation across paid, social and organic channels. You will plan, execute and optimize campaigns end-to-end, from audience targeting to lead handoff, while boosting Ahya's organic visibility and ensuring brand accuracy.

You’ll coordinate with content, design and engineering teams, manage tracking, and maintain CRM records. This role offers room to grow into broader growth leadership as Ahya scales its GTM efforts.

Formación

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth or a related B2B SaaS function.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Working knowledge of paid social and search platforms and lead generation form configuration and basic tracking and tagging concepts.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and emerging AEO practices, and curiosity about AI-driven search impact on visibility.
• Precise, economical writing, capable of meeting hard character limits.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgement under tight timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Search, Instagram and X.
• Build and manage ad accounts for account-based and always-on campaigns.
• Configure lead generation forms and install tracking across landing pages and platforms.
• Own the campaign calendar and keep all workstreams on schedule for launch dates.
• Qualify inbound leads and send personalized follow up within 48 hours of form submission.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for every lead.
• Coordinate the operational thread between Carbon Markets, Design, Product and Engineering on every campaign.
• Produce supporting collateral such as country and sector fact sheets.
• Ensure every outward facing claim has compliance sign-off before publication.
