Job summary

Software Finder in Lahore, on-site, seeks an Associate Director of Demand Generation to lead our global demand gen function, drive pipeline growth, and accelerate customer acquisition. In this role, you will translate high-level revenue goals into measurable multi-channel strategies across digital and outbound channels.

You will oversee end-to-end campaign execution, outbound infrastructure, marketing automation, and funnel analytics to generate qualified sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B demand generation or revenue marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Experience leading multi-channel campaigns end-to-end.
• Proficiency in HubSpot or comparable platforms.
• Strong collaboration with Sales/BD and cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven with funnel metrics and CRO experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand generation strategies to hit targets.
• Manage campaign execution across email, paid media, webinars, SMS, partnerships.
• Build and scale outbound infrastructure and prospecting tools.
• Operationalize new software categories on the platform.
• Collaborate with BD, Sales, Fulfilment to improve lead quality.
• Create high-impact conversion assets and landing pages.
• Track full-funnel performance, CAC, attribution; run experiments.
• Lead and mentor the demand generation team.
• Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, and resource distribution.
