Job summary

BGB-360 is seeking a commercially driven Business Development & Operations Manager to grow both Academy and Your Remote Office services, and to manage daily operations.

The role involves hands-on platform administration, client meetings, sales follow-ups, course management and coordinating staff, with regular visits to schools and businesses.

You will build institutional partnerships, oversee LMS operations on the Rocket Soft platform and report on performance to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum three years in business development and operations.
• Experience administering an LMS or EdTech platform.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Willingness to visit Bahria Town and local sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business-development plans for Academy and Your Remote Office services.
• Identify and engage schools, colleges, and training organisations.
• Manage sales pipeline, pricing, and closures.
• Oversee LMS administration, course publishing and user access.
• Coordinate instructor onboarding and student support.
