The ideal candidate moves between growth, operations, and leadership partnerships, driving a repeatable, scalable commercial engine across channels and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SaaS, growth, startup ops, or related field.
• Experience with digital products, SaaS, or tech startups.
• Ability to generate ideas for attracting, engaging, and converting customers.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-management skills.
• Comfort conducting discovery calls, product conversations, and sales discussions.
• Experience communicating with founders or senior decision-makers.
• Ability to translate product features into customer value and outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified opportunities among healthcare decision-makers.
• Identify and test channels for a repeatable client-acquisition engine.
• Conduct or facilitate discovery calls and move prospects toward conversion.
• Collaborate on product marketing, messaging, and sales materials.
• Support onboarding, customer feedback, and cross-functional coordination.
• Provide updates on growth initiatives and pipeline activity.
