People (Professional Employers Pvt Ltd) in Lahore is seeking a Team Head – Learning & Growth to lead our training and development function, translate L&G strategy into yearly plans, and drive LMS programs and blended learning for internal and external clients. The Team Head will help meet P&L targets, manage the LMS, coach facilitators, and maintain governance and reporting standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, Education, Psychology or related field.
• Master's degree in HRM, Organizational Development or Education preferred.
• Certifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design or Training Facilitation (e.g. CPTD, CIPD L&D, ATD) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Turn the L&G strategy into annual operational plans and implement them.
• Support the department in achieving P&L, revenue and utilization targets.
• Plan and track the budget with Finance to control costs.
• Lead development of LMS courses, e-learning modules and blended learning content.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of training programs for internal and external clients, including facilitation and logistics.
• Coach facilitators and internal trainers to improve content quality and learner impact.
• Ensure L&G policies, processes and reporting standards are followed.
• Keep training records, monthly reports and leadership dashboards up to date.
• Identify operational risks and escalates them to the Unit Head with mitigation plans.
