Daraz is seeking a versatile Performance Creative Strategist in Karachi to drive growth through high-impact paid media campaigns. You will blend content strategy, creative production, and performance marketing to define why and how our creative succeeds across overseas markets.

You will design compelling ad creatives and analyze performance data to refine our content strategy, turning insights into actionable decisions that optimize conversion, scalability, and brand resonance.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to translate data into creative improvements.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) for strategy documentation.
• Experience in E-commerce, Digital Design, Content Strategy, or Performance Creative.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Creative Production: design static images, videos, copy, and templates for Meta, TikTok, Google, and RTA.
• Data-Driven Strategy: analyze performance metrics to identify winning hooks and formats.
• Market Intelligence: research South Asian market trends to spot viral styles.
• Strategic Planning: develop monthly/quarterly content roadmaps aligned with goals.
• Process Optimization: establish SOPs and reusable templates to scale production.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with media buyers, product teams, and analysts.
• Innovation: leverage AI tools to accelerate iteration speeds and formats.

Education

Bachelor's degree or above in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
