Job summary

SwiftNine is hiring an exceptional Head of eCommerce — Growth & Operations to build and scale international eCommerce businesses. This role spans product, supplier, store, creative, traffic, conversion, fulfillment, retention, profit and scale.

You will own revenue growth, develop the paid acquisition and creative testing system, and lead product sourcing, Shopify optimization, and CRO to maximize profitability. A high-performance operator with strategic impact is sought.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of eCommerce / DTC experience.
• International Shopify experience.
• Strong Meta and Google knowledge.
• Strong CRO understanding.
• Supplier and fulfillment experience.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Experience managing teams.
• Strong commercial judgment.
• High execution speed.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly revenue growth.
• Scale toward $35k+/day and ensure profitability.
• Lead paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and retargeting.
• Own creative strategy and testing system.
• Source products and manage supplier relationships for private labeling.
• Own Shopify setup, product pages, CRO, bundles and subscriptions.
• Coordinate fulfillment, inventory, and logistics with 3PLs.
• Oversee payments gateways, checkout integrations, and fraud prevention.
• Monitor revenue, gross profit, CAC, MER, ROAS, AOV, CVR and LTV.
• Build and lead a high-performance team across media buying, design, sourcing, and operations.
