Job summary

XUP Brands is seeking a dynamic Brand Growth Specialist to drive growth across our Amazon and ecommerce portfolio. You will lead product launches, optimize listings, conduct niche research, and track performance, collaborating with PPC and Operations to maximize profitability.

You will refine listings with keywords, track metrics like sales and ACOS, and develop data-driven action plans. Join a fast-growing team and help shape brand success in a lively, digital-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Amazon brand management, e-commerce growth, or product listing optimization.
• Proficiency with tools such as DataDive, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Seller Central.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities for cross-functional teamwork.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• New Product Launches: Plan and execute new product launches from concept to live listing, including keyword research and listing setup.
• Listing Optimization: Continuously optimize listings to improve visibility, conversions and performance.
• DataDive & Niche Research: Use DataDive, Helium 10, Jungle Scout to identify profitable niches and opportunities.
• Product Brief Development: Create detailed product briefs for design, content, and operations teams.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with PPC and Operations to align strategies and ensure product availability.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor sales, ranking, conversion rate, and ACOS; prepare reports and action plans.
• Competitor Analysis: Track listings, pricing, and positioning for opportunities.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain brand tone and quality across listings and marketplaces.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay updated on e-commerce trends and algorithm updates.
