Job summary

XUP Brands LLC is seeking a dynamic Brand Growth Specialist to drive the growth of our e-commerce brand portfolio. You will lead new product launches, optimize listings, and perform niche research to maximize visibility and profitability.

Collaborate with PPC and Operations to align strategy and ensure product availability across marketplaces. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, performance tracking, and staying ahead of Amazon ecosystem trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in Amazon brand management, e-commerce growth, or listing optimization.
Proficiency with DataDive, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Seller Central.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities for cross-functional teamwork.
Proactive mindset with ownership of projects and delivering results.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute new product launches from concept to live listing, including keyword research and listing setup.
Continuously optimize listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, images) to improve visibility and conversions.
Use DataDive/Helium 10/Jungle Scout to identify profitable niches and opportunities.
Develop product briefs for design, content, and operations teams to align with brand positioning.
Collaborate with PPC and Operations to ensure product availability and aligned advertising strategies.
Monitor performance metrics (sales, ranking, conversion, ACOS) and report findings.
