Job summary

Nord Assist is seeking a Social Media Manager to own our social presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, planning and publishing content that grows audience, engagement, and leads. You will work with design, marketing, and client teams to keep every channel on-brand and on-schedule.

You will write captions, manage calendars, monitor comments, and grow community interaction, while analyzing performance to drive content improvements and coordinate with designers and video editors.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing social media accounts professionally.
• Strong understanding of best practices across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Experience with content scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer).
• Eye for visual content and brand consistency.
• Ability to read analytics and adjust strategy based on performance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Write captions, hooks, and short-form copy that match each platform’s tone.
• Manage content calendars and posting schedules for multiple accounts.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and DMs, and grow community interaction.
• Track performance metrics and turn insights into content improvements.
• Coordinate with designers and video editors to produce on-brand assets.
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitor content to stay ahead of the curve.
• Run and optimize paid social campaigns when needed.
• Maintain brand consistency across every account and platform.
