Job summary

TechSurge Inc. seeks an experienced Business Analyst to lead FLEXCUBE Core Banking implementations. You will coordinate onsite/offshore teams, drive requirements analysis, and ensure timely project delivery across bank sites.

You will review business requirements, manage SRS documentation, and guide development teams in banking concepts. Strong SDLC knowledge and leadership are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of FLEXCUBE hands-on experience in design and implementation.
• Strong business orientation and ability to understand user requirements.
• Strong organizational, team building and leadership qualities.
• Experience implementing FLEXCUBE Core Banking or as Functional Consultant/BA in Core Banking.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC process.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in Core Banking operations: GL, Loans, Teller, Payments, Trade Finance.
• Exposure to manual testing of banking software is a plus.
• Experience in Digital Core Transformation projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Core Banking implementation as Business Analyst, driving execution and deliverables.
• Participate in Product Walk Through and training sessions.
• Review and evaluate requirements against systems; propose solutions.
• Analyze impact of requirement changes on existing systems.
• Manage SRS and other solution documentation to meet requirements.
• Assist development team by explaining banking concepts and verifying functionality.
• Guide issue resolution with development teams and maintain a functional repo.
• Oversee FLEXCUBE implementation at bank sites including scope, gaps, parameterization, training, testing, and simulations.
• Ensure smooth production cutover and verify transfer documentation.
